Tongda Machinery HTS Series

Tongda Machinery HTS Series | Modular production · Quick response to changing production needs

Part 01

High-precision rack provides a reliable installation benchmark for modular production

The HTS series equipment rack is used as the reference surface for installing lifting, blowing needles, cutting knives and other components. It is clamped and processed on five sides at one time by a large gantry machining center. After high-intensity shot peening to remove stress, it is then electrostatically sprayed to make the rack structure stable and not deformed, rust-proof and durable, and the coating does not fall off. This standardized processing process effectively guarantees the dimensional tolerance and form and position tolerance of the rack, provides a reliable installation reference for modular production, ensures that each module can be accurately and stably installed on the rack, and thus achieves stable production.

Part 02

The modular extrusion system can quickly respond to different product types and high production requirements

The modular extrusion system adopts a continuous die design, and the die can have 1-8 cavities and 1-4 layers. This design not only meets the needs of producing various types of products, but also ensures that the equipment can be put into production quickly by quickly completing equipment configuration, greatly improving production efficiency.

Part 03

Various deburring forms to meet various bottle cutting requirements

We provide a variety of deburring methods such as direct push, in-mold rotary cutting, and off-machine rotary cutting. Among them, the “in-mold rotary cutting” method has won the German technology patent. These rich and diverse deburring methods not only meet customers’ various bottle cutting needs, but also are easy to operate, safe and reliable, and have high cutting accuracy.

Part 04

Rotary blowing system can meet the needs of blowing in various bottle mouth directions

Most blow-molded products on the market have their mouths pointing vertically upwards, and some have their mouths at a certain angle to the vertical direction. Our rotary blowing system cleverly takes into account the needs of straight-mouth and oblique-mouth blow molding, which brings more possibilities and adaptability to the realization of the blow molding process, and quickly responds to changes in customer needs.
